1. Product Overview
We design and make this 33kV composite post insulator under strict IEC international rules. It works well for busbars, disconnectors and high-voltage equipment inside substations.
We use strong epoxy fiberglass rods and high-temperature silicone rubber for this product. It works better than old porcelain insulators. It resists dirt, sunlight and bad weather, and you do not need to repair it often.
You can use it in outdoor substations, new energy power stations and factory power rooms for safe insulation and firm fixing.
2. Structure & Materials
- Fiberglass Core Rod
We make the core rod with epoxy glass fiber. It holds heavy weight and resists bending. It safely bears long-term pressure and sudden short-circuit force in power stations.
- HTV Silicone Rubber Sheds
We shape the silicone rubber in one whole piece. It keeps water away from the insulator surface. It fights salt rain, factory dust and strong sunlight. It stops electric leakage in wet or polluted areas.
- Hot-dip Galvanized Metal Fittings
We press metal ends tightly onto the core rod. We follow IEC mechanical safety rules during production. We offer many base styles such as L-type and flange bases. They fit most common installation positions in substations.
3. Core Advantages
